-Payment

A non-refundable processing fee of $30 is required to guarantee your reservation.  All accounts are payable in full upon check-in by cash, credit card or travelers checks.

-Total Package Price includes 8% NY Tax, 2 % Bed Tax, and $4.00 Occupancy Surcharge. 18% Gratuity is not included in the package cost at restaurant for Breakfast & Dinner. 18% gratuity will be automatically charged at dining room for seating of 6 or more persons.  Other gratuities are not included in reservation charges.

-The above rate is based on double-occupancy.  The single supplement is $50.00 per person per night.

-All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the reservation date by e-mail from the client. Verbal cancelations will not be accepted. Cancelling after 72 hours will result in a charge of the first night’s stay.

-LATE CHECK OUT POLICY

Based upon availability, we may be able to extend your check-out time to 1:00 p.m. at no charge. Should you stay after 1:00 p.m. a charge of 50% of the room rate will be applied to your credit card on file. Guests who have not vacated their room by 5:00 p.m. will be charged the full room rate. A Front Desk Associate will be happy to assist you with your late check-out request. Again, late check-out may not be available based upon our occupancy on your date of departure.

LIABILITY AND DAMAGE

-The client will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the building, equipment, decorations, or fixtures belonging to the hotel, during the client’s stay or function at Hanah, due to the activities of the client, their guests or an independent contractor hired by the client. The client agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the premises during the period of time that it is under their control or control of any independent contractor hired by the client. Any property damage will be billed to the client at the replacement cost. 

SMOKING POLICY

-Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel including guest rooms, elevators, restaurant, bar, lobby, media room, bathrooms, and the entire swimming pool facility and Jacuzzi area. If it is found that the guest has violated this rule after they have departed, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit card or to send an invoice for the amount of the cleaning bill to the guest’s registered address.

COOKING

-Any open or internal combustion fire including any form of gas cookers and appliances are not allowed to be used within the guest rooms. Cookers are only allowed to be used in the Hanah House’s fully equipped kitchen. If it is found that the guest has violated this rule after they have departed, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit card or to send an invoice for the amount of the cleaning bill to the guest’s registered address.

PET POLICY

-The Hanah Mountain Resort and Country Club welcomes pets, thirty pounds or less, staying with their owners in three of our accommodations (one pet per room). These accommodations are subject to availability. The pet must be approved prior to check in. Pets are not allowed in the public areas including but not limited to the Clubhouse and Swimming Pool facilities. Pets must be accompanied by owner at all times on leash or in a kennel / carrier. Pets cannot be left unattended in the guest room, unless the pet is crated. Pets are not permitted on hotel furniture, including beds. Should there be any damage to hotel furnishings (furniture, fabrics, and fixtures), it is at the sole discretion of the hotel to assess such damage and determine the replacement or repair cost – and bill the pet owner for such damage. A pet that becomes aggressive or whose behavior upsets another guest must be immediately removed from The Hanah Mountain Resort and Country Club upon request. We reserve the right to remove the pet for any cause, should the pet cause a disruption and the owner is not present. In general, pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet’s behavior. The payments and/or reimbursements for such damage is payable on demand.
